Split billing
Split billing can be enabled for any organization by product categories for a custom amount. When a product’s price in a said category exceeds the set limit, the end user is automatically sent a link for the difference. The user can then conveniently complete the payment by either online banking or with a credit card payment. The company will then be invoiced for the fixed amount, as the user has paid for the exceeding part.
Example
- Device is priced at 300 € VAT 0%
- Split billing is enabled after 200 € VAT 0%
- End-user completes a payment of 100 € + VAT
- Company is billed 200 € + VAT
Split billing for Service Devices
Split billing can be enabled for the monthly payments of service devices. If a monthly payment exceeds the set limit, the end user is automatically sent a link for the difference of the whole contract period’s fees. The company will be invoiced for the fixed amount in monthly installments.
Example
- Service Device package (incl. device + services) is priced at 20 € / mo VAT 0%
- Device: 15 € / mo VAT 0%
- Services: 5€ / mo VAT 0%
- Split billing is enabled after 10 € / mo VAT 0% (Note: only applicable for devices, not services)
- End user completes a payment for 5 € x 24 (for a 24 month contract), totaling 120 € + VAT
- Company is billed 15 € / mo + VAT (10 € / mo for the device, 5 € / mo for the services).
