Telia One -muutosmatkamme myötä Telia Inmics-Nebulan liiketoiminta on yhdistetty Telia Finlandiin ja Telia Cygateen loppuvuodesta 2023

Telia One -muutosmatkamme jatkui, kun yhdistimme loppuvuoden 2023 aikana Telia Inmics-Nebula Oy:n liiketoiminnan osaksi Telia Finland Oyj:n ja Telia Cygate Oy:n liiketoimintoja.

Telia Inmics-Nebula Oy:n liiketoiminnan sulautuminen tapahtui kahdessa vaiheessa. Ensimmäinen vaihe tapahtui 1.10.2023, jolloin osa palveluista ja asiakkaidemme palvelusopimuksista siirtyi Telia Finland Oyj:lle. Toinen vaihe tapahtui 31.10.2023, jolloin loput palvelut ja palvelusopimukset siirtyivät Telia Cygate Oy:lle.

Sulautumisen myötä Telia Inmics-Nebula Oy:n Y-tunnus poistui ja yritys lakkasi olemasta 31.10.2023.

Samalla myös maksu- ja laskutustietomme muuttuivat. 1.10.2023 siirtyneiden palveluiden laskuttajaksi vaihtui Telia Finland Oyj ja 31.10.2023 siirtyneiden palveluiden laskuttajaksi Telia Cygate Oy.

Telia One’s transformation continues – Telia Inmics-Nebula’s business operations were merged into Telia Finland and Telia Cygate in 2023

Our Telia One transformation continued in 2023 with the merger of Telia Inmics-Nebula Oy’s business operations into the business operations of Telia Finland Oyj and Telia Cygate Oy.

The merging of Telia Inmics-Nebula Oy’s business operations took place in two phases. The first phase took place on 1 October 2023 with the transfer of some services and service agreements to Telia Finland Oyj. The second phase, in which the rest of the services and service agreements were transferred to Telia Cygate Oy, took place on 31 October 2023.

With the merger, Telia Inmics-Nebula Oy’s business ID was stricken from the register and the company was closed down on 31 October 2023.

The payment and invoicing information also changed at that time. Telia Finland Oyj is now the biller for the services transferred on 1 October 2023 and Telia Cygate Oy is the biller for the services transferred on 31 October 2023.
