Descriptions of availabilities in the portal

IN STOCK

  • Product is in stock and will be delivered according to terms.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

  • Product is in stock in limited quantities and will be delivered according to terms.

LOW IN STOCK

  • Product is out of stock and will be delivered as soon as it is available.

PREORDER

  • Deliveries have not started yet. The product will be delivered as soon as deliveries start and the product is in stock. Pre-orders are delivered from oldest to newest in order of arrival.

BY REQUEST

  • Available upon request. Delivery times cannot be confirmed. The product will be delivered according to terms.

Delivery options are available as follows

Different delivery options are available depending on a product’s availability, type, delivery destination and customer-specific terms and agreements. Basic delivery is comparable to our previous regular delivery option covered by a fixed rate.

Basic

  • Products and services are delivered according to terms
  • Delivery rate may change depending on delivery destination (e.g. destination country)
  • Delivery times are subject to change depending on product availability and information

Pickup

  • Products are available for pickup after order confirmation at Elimäenkatu 2F, 00510 Helsinki
  • Pickup is only available for products available in the pickup warehouse
  • Pickup is unavailable if placed orders need to be approved on the customer’s side before processing

Express delivery

  • Orders placed before 12:00 are delivered on the next business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 are delivered in two business days
  • Express delivery is only available for products available in the pickup warehouse
  • Express delivery is unavailable if placed orders need to be approved on the customer’s side before processing
  • Express delivery is unavailable for service products

Courier delivery

  • Orders placed before 12:00 are delivered on the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 are delivered on the next business day
  • Courier delivery is only available for products available in the pickup warehouse
  • Courier delivery is only available in parts of the capital region
  • Courier delivery is unavailable if placed orders need to be approved on the customer’s side before processing
  • Courier delivery is unavailable for service products

Split billing services

Split billing

Split billing can be enabled for any organization by product categories for a custom amount. When a product’s price in a said category exceeds the set limit, the end user is automatically sent a link for the difference. The user can then conveniently complete the payment by either online banking or with a credit card payment. The company will then be invoiced for the fixed amount, as the user has paid for the exceeding part.

Example

  • Device is priced at 300 € VAT 0%
  • Split billing is enabled after 200 € VAT 0%
    • End-user completes a payment of 100 € + VAT
    • Company is billed 200 € + VAT

Split billing for Service Devices

Split billing can be enabled for the monthly payments of service devices. If a monthly payment exceeds the set limit, the end user is automatically sent a link for the difference of the whole contract period’s fees. The company will be invoiced for the fixed amount in monthly installments.

Example

  • Service Device package (incl. device + services) is priced at 20 € / mo VAT 0%
    • Device: 15 € / mo VAT 0%
    • Services: 5€ / mo VAT 0%
  • Split billing is enabled after 10 € / mo VAT 0% (Note: only applicable for devices, not services)
    • End user completes a payment for 5 € x 24 (for a 24 month contract), totaling 120 € + VAT
    • Company is billed 15 € / mo + VAT (10 € / mo for the device, 5 € / mo for the services).
