In April, we informed about taking steps towards merging with Telia Inmics-Nebula, part of the Telia family. The merger will further strengthen both companies, because together we will be able to offer our customers an even stronger full-service ICT offering with the help of 500 professionals all over Finland.
Preparations for the merger have proceeded as planned, and in the legal sense the merger takes place at the turn of the year. The merger will further enhance the customer experience as in the future we will be able to offer comprehensive total solutions from one and the same provider as well as smoother customer service through our common channels. In addition, together we have a better opportunity to improve the skills and expertise of our personnel more extensively than before.
In the same context, all the customer agreements of Telia Datainfo will transfer over to Telia Inmics-Nebula which will be responsible for the obligations under the agreements as of January 1, 2020. We will start using the name Telia Inmics-Nebula Oy and the business ID (2546028-1). Jarno Kekäläinen will continue as the Managing Director of the company.
The Portal of Telia Datainfo will move onto the website of Telia Inmics-Nebula at shop.inmicsnebula.fi.

- Your existing user ID and password will work as in the past
- New e-mail addresses of contact persons: firstname.lastname@inmicsnebula.fi
- Our old e-mail addresses will work after the change for the time being
- New invoicing details
- Please note that invoices concerning 2019 have to be settled with the invoice sender’s information. For orders made on January 1st, 2020, the invoices will be sent with the name Telia Inmics-Nebula, which changes the invoicing details.
- If the change requires setting up a new vendor in your systems, please contact your contact person, if necessary.
The merger does not affect the current agreements or current services provided to our customers, but all the services continue as before and the contact persons you know will be of assistance to you also in the future.
